Fix for Sticking Gas Cap 5/19/2007

Three screw hold the gas cap on. The ones at 12, 5 & 7 o'clock around the perimeter. I heard before that the cap assembly
at the 5 o'clock position is too low. I tried installing a washer as shown above, but it was too thick and didn't allow the
cap to close. I ended up putting blue thread lock on the screw and just tightening it snug. This has worked to date.
